Purpose and Authorized Use:
This software is provided exclusively for lawful, defensive security testing,
internal monitoring, and authorized research purposes. You may use the software
only on systems, networks, or devices that you own or for which you have explicit,
documented authorization from the owner (such as an employer, client, or organization).
Any unauthorized, unlawful, or malicious use is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibility and Legal Compliance:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the software complies with
all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. By using the
software, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to do so and
accept full responsibility for all outcomes resulting from its use.
No Facilitation of Misuse:
We do not provide assistance, guidance, or support for unlawful use, unauthorized access,
surveillance without consent, or circumvention of safeguards. Suspected misuse may result
in immediate and permanent termination without notice or refund.
Account Access and Finality:
Access to the software is permanently linked to the Telegram account.
If you lose access to your associated account, you permanently lose access to the software.
This is final, irreversible, and non-appealable. No recovery or exceptions are possible.
License Restrictions:
Licenses are non-transferable, non-shareable, and may not be modified or altered in any way.
You may not resell, sublicense, exchange, transfer, or share access with any third party
under any circumstances.
Each license is authorized for use in a single desktop session at a time.
Hardware Binding (HWID Policy):
The software license is linked to your device's hardware identifier (HWID).
You may transfer the license to a new device up to five (5) times.
Once the maximum number of hardware transfers has been reached,
additional resets require payment of a small reset fee.
HWID reset approvals are subject to verification and abuse prevention checks.
Intellectual Property:
All software, code, documentation, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property
of the provider. Reverse engineering, redistribution, public analysis, or disclosure of
proprietary components is prohibited.
No Warranty:
The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect
damages,
data loss, business interruption, or legal consequences arising from the use or misuse
of the software.
Support Policy:
Technical support is limited to installation issues, license validation, and verified
software defects. Operational, legal, or strategic guidance is not provided.
Termination of Service:
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or discontinue the software or related services
at any time, with or without notice and without refund. All sales are final and
non-refundable.
Changes to Terms:
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance
of the most current version.
Privacy & Compliance Policy
Data Collected:
We collect only the minimum data required to operate and secure the service, which may
include
license identifiers, device identifiers (HWID), IP address, and account identifiers used for
support communication.
Purpose of Data Collection:
Collected data is used solely to validate licenses, prevent abuse and fraud, provide
customer
support, and maintain service integrity.
Data Handling and Storage:
Data is securely stored, accessible only to authorized personnel, and is not sold or shared
with third parties. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are in place.
User Legal Responsibility:
You acknowledge that lawful and authorized use of the software is your responsibility.
We do not monitor or control how the software is deployed beyond license enforcement.
Policy Updates:
This Privacy Policy may change without notice. Continued use of the software constitutes
acceptance of the updated policy.
